    I just read the review from A Google User and was saddened that this client felt the need to express her anger so adamently. She is entitled to her opionion but quite honestly, the opinion shared is nothing further from the truth. I would encourage anyone who reads it not be swayed but rather give the agency an opportunity to prove it all wrong. I have done business with Jeff Jones for many years and he has always treated me with respect while taking time to explain any information I did not understand. His demeanor is professional yet always makes one feel at home in his presence. He knows his business and has on more than one occasion found ways to save me money. You will not regret giving him a call!

    Everybody $650 or less is horrible..they actually gave us the keys to a place that had dog poop on the balcony and the carpet with dogfood in the closet..the manager then told us the property was ready and they were not going to replace the carpets and that they had already been cleaned.. Another property smelled like an animal died inside my husband was so upset he turned around and took the key back...horrible company takes no pride in properties

    The Pegram Prevatte insurance agency have been my agents for approximately 10 years. The staff are always very helpful. Whenever I call and need an answer on one of the policies they are very quick to respond. I have all of my insurance needs with the them, including homeowners, business insurance and auto, which includes my 2 teenage daughters. The rates are the best around.
